So far I like the product haven’t tried yet is basically what I was looking for on/off functions work as expected it also heats up very fast which is a plus. My only cons is that the box came in not the best condition almost rip off in some areas I thought someone try to opened lol and also the hot tool paint was peeling off a little bit I just hope I didn’t receive an used item , hopping the company will double check their their items before shipping them. Sorry for the long post in the end I do recommend shopping here since I also understand that little mistakes can happen and it was nothing major since everything works fine .

I paid for $35 extra for the expedite mail which is 1-2 business days, it only arrived after 3 days.(standard mail on the website says 3-4 business days). So I paid for expedite but got standard. The box says it has hair clips, but they’re nowhere to be found. Also the device is leaking some water when used. Not sure this is a brand new device, it looks an open box or a used device to me.
