RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for choosing MaxHair! We want you to feel confident in every purchase. Please review our return and exchange conditions below.

HAIR EXTENSIONS
We recommend carefully inspecting your extensions upon delivery and, if needed, washing them with shampoo and conditioner before application.
Only hair extensions that have not been applied are eligible for return or exchange.
Capsulated and trimmed hair extensions are not eligible for return or exchange.
Dyeing, bleaching, or applying any chemical treatments to the extensions is strictly prohibited and voids all return eligibility.
Claims submitted after application or after any of the above procedures have been performed will not be accepted.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases involving a product defect.

HAIR CARE RECOMMENDATIONS
To maintain your extensions and extend their lifespan, we recommend using:
Shampoo
Conditioner
Hair mask (recommended once every 10 days)
Tip oil
Heat protectant spray
After swimming in saltwater, rinse thoroughly with running water using shampoo and conditioner. Chlorinated pool water may damage extensions and alter their color.

TOOLS & EQUIPMENT
Returns on tools are accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect (e.g., a heating tool that does not function) within one month of purchase.

OTHER PRODUCTS
Exchange or return of other products is accepted provided the item has not been used.

EDUCATIONAL COURSES
All educational courses are final sale — no refunds or exchanges.
Course access is delivered digitally and immediately upon payment.
Refunds are not available regardless of whether the course has been fully or partially completed.
By purchasing a course, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
